Returns:

We love our products and hope you will too! If you aren't over the moon with your purchase for any reason, we will happily accept returns or exchanges of any unworn pieces. Simply email us within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

Returning an order within 30 days of shipment

If you return an unworn item in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date, you can choose to receive either a refund via your original payment method, or a Mango + Moose credit for the original price paid. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

Items not included in our return policy

Gift Cards and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not covered under our return policy.

Items lost or damaged in transit

Items that are damaged in transit or are missing from shipment and reported within 30 days of the original shipment date are eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Defective items

If your Mango + Moose item has a defect in construction, Mango + Moose will provide a replacement within 90 days of the original shipment date at no additional cost to you. Examples of construction defect may include:

- Non-functional clasp
- Jump ring or chains that do not properly close
- Significant differences from published product dimensions
- Broken straps or loose stitching on Handbags

Please note that this policy does not include products damaged through normal wear, accident, misuse, or other factors not due to a defect in workmanship. If you have a question about what is considered a defect in construction, please contact support@mangoandmoose.com

Unapologetically Handmade

As our jewellery and accessories are handmade by Artisans there are natural and acceptable variances.

A product may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens we will happily issue a gift card in the amount of the original purchase price.

How to return an item:

Step 1: Please email us and write Return or Exchange in the subject line. Briefly explain the issue with the item.

Step 2: We will send you an email confirming our acceptance of the return.
